Your team enters time from anywhere
Each person signs in from a browser on any device and fills in their week against real QuickBooks customers, jobs and items. You can see who's working right now.
Approve, then send it to QuickBooks
Review and certify timesheets, then export an IIF file and bring it in with File → Utilities → Import → IIF Files. Exported hours are marked, so nothing gets sent twice.

Which versions of QuickBooks does it work with?
Timer Solutions is built for QuickBooks Desktop: Pro, Premier and Enterprise. It uses QuickBooks' own Timer list export and IIF import, so it works with the version you already have.
Is this a replacement for the old QuickBooks Timer?
Yes. Intuit no longer offers the standalone QuickBooks Timer program, but QuickBooks Desktop still has the Timer list export and IIF import. Timer Solutions works through those same menus, so your team gets a modern web timesheet and QuickBooks receives the hours the way it always has.
Does it work with QuickBooks Online?
No. Timer Solutions is made specifically for QuickBooks Desktop: Pro, Premier and Enterprise.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Your team uses Timer Solutions in a web browser. On the QuickBooks side you use the Timer export and IIF import menus that are already in QuickBooks Desktop.
Do my employees need QuickBooks licenses?
No. Only the person who imports hours into QuickBooks needs QuickBooks. Everyone else just signs in to Timer Solutions, and you can add as many people as you like.
Do you upload my QuickBooks company file?
No. You only upload the list export (customers, jobs, items, employees, vendors and classes). Your company file stays on your own computer.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you want to keep going, add a card on the Billing page and choose monthly or yearly. If not, do nothing: we never had your card, so you can't be charged.
